Very much enjoyed meeting the team from Hackney Showroom and finding out more about the company and their work. A development space for experimental theatre artists, makers of award-winning live performance, Hackney Showroom deliver creative and cultural projects for the Kings Crescent neighbourhood. They have a venue with two event spaces and offer a free year-round cultural community programme for locals. They also support non-mainstream theatre makers, working across a range of performance disciplines and paving the way for artists to make astonishing and memorable work.
